Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
